Foundations Worldwide Announces Sale of Child Craft Consumer Business

Foundations Worldwide has sold its Child Craft brand to fully focus on commercial solutions in: childcare, public washroom, and hospitality furnishings.

This month, we took an important step forward in sharpening that mission by transitioning the consumer Child Craft retail brand to new ownership, Halo Dream Inc.
This move allows our team to fully dedicate our energy and resources to the commercial side of our business—where we see the most opportunity to make the most impact. Concentrating exclusively on our commercial business gives us the ability to accelerate innovation, strengthen partnerships, and respond more quickly to the evolving demands of professionals who rely on our products every day.
