Foundations offers FREE UPS Ground shipping on all products ordered online shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Most orders ship within 1 day of submission (excluding weekends and holidays). Alaska and Hawaii orders are charged for shipping. We cannot ship orders to a P.O Box.
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number that will enable you to check the status of your shipment.
At this time we do not offer free shipping to Canada or any location outside the United States including APO/FPO addresses; for Canada orders be sure to visit our Canadian site, www.Foundations.ca
NOTE: All pricing on the website is in U.S. Dollars and is only valid on shipments within the United States.

365-Day Return Policy
Foundations wants you to be delighted with your purchase. That is why we offer a generous 365-Day Return Policy for all online orders.
As long as your item is new, unused (unassembled), and in the factory sealed packaging with all tags and materials, you can return your purchase using your carrier of choice for a full refund within 365 days of the purchase date. Simply contact our customer service center to receive a return authorization number. We suggest using a carrier that provides tracking and delivery confirmation as we are not liable for returned packages until they are verified to be in our possession.

Upon receipt of return, we will inspect your return to ensure that it abides by our return policy. Once this is verified we will issue a refund for the full purchase price via the form of payment used in the original transaction. This process can take up to 4 weeks after we receive your return. All returns received that do not abide by our return policy will be held until the customer sends us a prepaid label to return the merchandise to them. This typically applies to used merchandise.
